QUESTION:
Hi, I am W***, 22 years old, from Pakistan. In 2008, I had glaucoma due to a lot of use of sterile eye drops. I lost my right eye vision in 2009, then slowly, I’ve started losing vision in my left eye. Then I had surgery on my left eye to stop glaucoma, now I have just 30% vision in my left eye. I can read books only with the help of magnification. In Pakistan, the doctors told me that your treatment is impossible in Pakistan. I recently saw your canaloplasty video on youtube so that’s why I contacted you. If you have treatment for my eyes, kindly guide me. I shall be very thankful to you.

ANSWER:
Without personally examining your eyes it’s not possible for me to provide medical advice. However, given the extensive loss of visual field shown on the testing printouts it is unlikely that canaloplasty would be able to adequately control your eye pressure. I am sorry that I could not be of more assistance.
