My name is Sossie Misserlian. I have closed angle glaucoma. It’s something that I’ve known about for the last 15 years. I’ve seen so many doctors in the last 15 years. Dr. Richardson was actually the first doctor who suggested Laser Iridotomy as a possible solution to my condition. So he gave me kind of a peace of mind, and it was something I’ve never heard about it. So then I talked to my general doctor, and I told her exactly what Dr. Richardson suggested she very, very highly recommended me Dr. Richardson. She said that she wouldn’t trust her kids to any other doctor except Dr. Richardson. With hearing that, I had a peace of mind, and so I had the Laser Iridotomy done in both eyes. I’m very grateful.
He did the surgery on one eye, and made sure that everything was okay. I waited about a week. He accommodated my work schedule so that I could rest for a few days before going back to work. So and then I had the second surgery the following week. The follow up care with the doctor including the phone calls from the office to check on me went well!
Since then, I’m very, very grateful for Dr. Richardson. I have a peace of mind. Every time I come here, the staff is wonderful. They treat me very well anytime I have an emergency, which I had one one time. I had a very bad problem with my eye, over the weekend. I called Dr. Richardson and right away he told me what to do. That was on a Saturday! And then on Sunday, he called me at home again to follow up. To me that was something unusual. I have never seen anything like that! It was a good follow up!
So I really appreciate this office and I would recommend Dr. Richardson very very highly! Thank you
