This is Ronald Clapper. When I discovered that I would need cataract surgery, I heard about Dr. Richardson’s great reputation, and I decided that I wanted him to perform the surgery. Even though he was not a provider in my insurance company and this would mean that I would have to pay for the surgery out of my own pocket. I am very glad I made that choice. It was an excellent choice. Dr. Richardson recommended for me Crystal Lens, which I think are just excellent. Because you can focus in a distance, intermediate, and close without having to use glasses. And since I inherited my mother’s extreme myopia, I was getting more and more nearsighted as a child. And with the Crystal Lens, the nearsightedness is gone.
So, I have better vision now than I had when I was a child. One of the things that impressed me so much about the surgery was the pleasantness of it. The San Gabriel Ambulatory Center is outstanding. The preparation for the surgery was wonderful. And the surgery itself, and afterwards, was a very good experience. In fact, during the surgery, they played Mozart Concertos. I love Mozart, and the experience I had in surgery was more like attending a concert than being in surgery. So, this is a very pleasant experience. And anyone who has cataracts, I highly recommend, if you are in the San Gabriel area, to contact Dr. Richardson. There is nobody better. Thank you.
