Why I Left Medicare

I left Medicare to Provide You with Better Care!

Providing quality care takes time. Listening compassionately takes time. Educating take time. Personalized care takes time. But within the Medicare and Commercial Insurance system, time is largely eaten up by non-value added administrative work, claiming reimbursements, and playing bureaucratic head games. Staying “in-network” makes it nearly impossible to truly and consistently provide quality care.

It is easy to say one is patient-centered or that one provides quality of care. But in the end, unless a physician makes the time and the commitment to consistently provide the quality of care patients need, it is all just lip-service. It’s really a choice between quality patient care or inefficiencies of Medicare.

I simply chose quality patient care.
